I was tired. Tired of never being able to make lifestyle changes stick. Tired of never being able to create healthy habits that would last, and REALLY tired of never feeling my best - mentally or physically. After over 20 years of that constant struggle, I decided it was time to figure my shit out so I could THRIVE.
I am just like you, I struggled with staying consistent with habit change for most of my life. I tried all the latest trends to be ‘healthier’ that never seemed to stick. Between binge eating disorder, body image struggles, and working through a Hashimoto’s and PCOS diagnoses, I was exhausted from nothing working. I was craving control. Fed up, I finally had enough, I decided it was time to make the healthy choices that worked for me.
What I’ve learned through trial and error, healing my relationship with food & body, research, and working with clients is a common theme in making habits stick- Alignment. Instead of trying what everyone else is doing, or deciphering what diet is best based on your blood type (we’ve all been there, let’s be honest), choosing the habits that feel most aligned with who YOU are and what YOU value is key.
